Location: Austin, TX / Dallas, TX / Morristown, NJ
Salary: $120,000 - $150,250 (Morristown, NJ base pay range)

What you will do
- Oversee claims handling for assigned programs ensuring compliance with guidelines, coverage, and regulations
- Monitor TPA performance on timeliness, reserving, and claim quality; conduct file reviews and QA audits
- Analyze claims data and KPIs, prepare stewardship reports, track corrective actions
- Support reinsurance reporting, regulatory audits, and program onboarding
- Serve as TPA contact, collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance, and legal teams
- Build expertise in coverage, reserving, litigation, and compliance; assist on complex claims
Requirements
- 5–8 years of claims handling or program oversight experience
- Experience with TPAs, MGAs, or delegated authority programs preferred
- Strong understanding of claims fundamentals and multi-state regulatory environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and claims systems
Nice to have
- Experience in program business or fronting carrier environment
- Exposure to reinsurance reporting
- Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM
