What you will do

• Design and deliver learning resources for call center staff in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and establish clear learning objectives.
• Develop multimedia learning tools and facilitate virtual or in-person training programs.
• Identify and implement educational technologies to support training approaches.
• Manage training records and contribute data to Monthly Contract Management Reports.
• Evaluate training efficacy and adjust methodology based on learner feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a relevant field.
• Minimum four years of experience developing training, technical assistance, or education programs.
• English language fluency (Spanish highly preferred).
• Proven expertise in developing virtual multimedia trainings, e-learning, and curricula.
• Employment contingent on successful acquisition of a Tier 2 Certificate of Public Trust government background investigation.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree.
• Instructional Design certification.
• Familiarity with ORR unaccompanied children programming.
