Salary: $76,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to analyze training needs and define instructional objectives.
• Design and develop engaging learning content across multiple formats, including e-learning, web-based, instructor-led, and mobile solutions.
• Create instructional materials such as storyboards, flow diagrams, assessments, and training documentation.
• Validate course structure, content flow, and adherence to established design standards to ensure instructional integrity.
• Support the development of training evaluation methods and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
• Conduct research for supporting content and media resources, assisting in prototyping and usability testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development.
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies, learning theory, and curriculum development practices.
• Experience developing digital learning content such as e-learning modules or multimedia training materials.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
