TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Training Developer (Education): Designing and delivering technical training programs for field technicians with an accent on instructional design and content creation. Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, Arizona (United States)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and develop training modules using established instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify training requirements in collaboration with senior staff.
  • Create and revise training materials, including guides, workbooks, and multimedia content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2 and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage training attendance, ILT schedules, and rosters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training.
  • Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

  • LMS administration experience, specifically with Success Factors and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
