What you will do

• Lead and perform technical training for Operation and Maintenance employees at assigned facilities.
• Manage the competency management system, reporting on qualification status and compliance.
• Design and develop technical training materials and competency maps to close identified skill gaps.
• Coordinate and deliver Apprenticeship, Entry-level, and other technical training programs.
• Oversee state-specific training programs, including ASME certifications and state licenses.
• Collaborate with safety and management teams to deploy Safety, OpEx, and LEAN training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training development or competency management.
• Technical training delivery experience in Waste-to-Energy, Power Generation, or Chemical industries.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time across the region.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for conducting interactive classroom and field sessions.
• ASME/QRO Certification is preferred or must be achieved within 12 months of hire.
