Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver customized IT training sessions for legal professionals, focusing on productivity tools and onboarding.
• Develop professional training resources including eLearning, quick reference guides, and microlearning videos.
• Utilize the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for all training programs.
• Collaborate on firmwide IT deployments, software testing, and troubleshooting with engineers.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
• Manage the administration of the client's Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

• 3-7 years of technology training experience within law firms or corporate legal departments.
• 2-3 years of end-user technical support experience.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Must reside within 50 miles of a hirify.global or assigned Client office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, L&D, Instructional Design, or Information Systems.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft Office/M365 and iManage Work 10.
• ITIL certification.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
