What you will do

  • Lead new client acquisition and long-term account management for insurance licensing and CE sales to meet annual revenue objectives.
  • Drive business development through strategic prospecting, cold-calling, research, and networking.
  • Conduct daily sales activities, including scheduling appointments, presenting solutions, and providing product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through timely follow-ups and communication regarding product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, client services, and operational partners on account planning and retention strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to support client-facing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience in strategic roles.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance and/or financial services landscape, including competitive software solutions.
  • Experience in the continuing education, professional development, or compliance training landscape.
  • Ability to negotiate at the C-level and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
