Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead the design of structural packaging across hardware and accessory product lines, establishing scalable families.
• Define principles for form, materials, and construction that reinforce brand philosophy.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Brand, Engineering, and Supply Chain to integrate packaging early in development.
• Own packaging from concept through production, including CAD modeling, prototyping, and vendor collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to reduce material usage, improve sustainability, and optimize logistics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in structural packaging design, preferably in consumer electronics or premium products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive packaging systems.
• Expertise in materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design principles.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Must be based in or prepared to relocate to Boston, MA for a 4-day-per-week office presence.
• Commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
