Salary: Base salary circa £44,000–£53,000 (DOE), plus bonus up to 6%

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers for operational and development needs.
• Support negotiation and procurement of BOM materials, including metals, and manage POs, consignment, and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance in quality, cost, delivery, technology, and service.
• Execute commodity sourcing strategies at site level aligned with global objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse spend, and provide commercial insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production for cost-reduction and sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience in manufacturing/engineering with direct materials
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Confident in analysing and presenting numerical data with problem-solving ability
• Excellent English skills for collaboration across countries and time zones
• Skilled in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Able to prioritise, adapt, and work urgently in fast-paced environment
• Experience in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
