What you will do
- Build and supervise strong commercial relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms and service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, resolving queries and complaints in collaboration with internal teams.
- Evaluate dealer performance based on quality, delivery time, and cost, conducting regular reviews to pinpoint areas for refinement.
- Manage dealer risks and implement damage control processes to minimize disruptions and ensure the continuation of vehicle supply.
- Prepare and present reports on dealer performance, trends, and OEM campaigns, including recalls.
Requirements
- Experience in establishing and managing commercial relationships with dealers and suppliers.
- Proven ability to supervise dealer networks, including managing discounts and rebates.
- Experience in monitoring performance data and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between external suppliers and internal operations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Back Office setup and maintenance of supplier information for new dealers.
- Experience in supplier selection and conducting tender processes to appoint new providers.
- Experience identifying shortcomings in operational procedures and supporting system improvements (e.g., Ebbon).
