What you will do

• Own end-to-end project material delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-schedule arrival.
• Review and validate BOMs, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements before ordering.
• Prepare requisitions and partner with stakeholders (Project Managers, Finance, Legal, Sourcing) for alignments and approvals.
• Collaborate with PO & ERP to raise accurate purchase orders and track them internally.
• Act as supplier point of contact for order readiness, ETA tracking, shipments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project updates, escalate risks proactively, and support invoice, payment, and goods receipt processes.

Requirements

• 6–7 years in supply chain, order management, project fulfillment, logistics, or material delivery in complex environments.
• Strong experience with BOM handling, supplier coordination, order readiness, and delivery execution.
• Proven cross-functional work with Project Management, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and suppliers.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfort in data center, infrastructure, telecom, or hardware project environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, PO processes, and project tracking tools; strong communication skills.
