L&D Specialist, Partner Network Training Lead (BPO): Own development, delivery, and improvement of training programs for global BPO partners with an accent on onboarding, upskilling, and launch readiness. Location: Remote - United States, strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. Not considering candidates residing in AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI.
Salary: Region 1 $143,650 - $169,000; Region 2 $130,050 - $153,000; Region 3 $117,300 - $138,000

What you will do
- Lead development and execution of BPO onboarding and upskilling curriculum strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with BPO leadership and internal teams to align training with operational needs.
- Own training delivery for new site launches and major changes, including planning, dry-runs, and coordination.
- Use performance data like QA scores, CSAT, and ramp-to-proficiency to identify gaps and prioritize interventions.
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions, support trainer communities, and maintain training playbook and standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years in training, enablement, support operations, QA, or vendor management.
- Proven BPO enablement across multi-site vendors with data-driven coaching for QA, CSAT, AHT/FCR.
- Strong live facilitation, virtual classroom skills, and trainer coaching abilities.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Program planning, data interpretation, and LMS/collaboration tools proficiency.
- Travel Required: Up to ~10–20%, depending on site launches, onsite enablement, and partner events (global).

- Exposure to healthcare or regulated programs.
- Certifications in adult learning or support excellence (CTT+, CPTD/APTD, ITIL, HDI).
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive facilitation practices.
