Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the San Francisco office 2x per week.

Salary: $171,000 - $256,000 per year

What you will do

• Coach product and engineering leaders to improve team performance and leadership capability.
• Develop and enact talent strategies to drive growth, engagement, and high performance.
• Translate business priorities into people plans, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead performance processes such as calibration, promotions, and performance management.
• Diagnose organizational health trends using data and qualitative insights to provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage employee relations matters, balancing business outcomes, employee experience, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a strong background in People Partnering.
• Experience working within a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, or technical teams is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience handling sensitive people matters and partnering with Legal.
• High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and skill in building trust.
