TL;DR
Lead People Partner (Product & Technology): Partnering with Product and Technology leaders to shape a high-performance culture with an accent on translating business priorities into clear people strategies. Focus on organizational health, performance management, and coaching senior leadership to improve team effectiveness and scalability.
Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the San Francisco office 2x per week.
Salary: $171,000 - $256,000 per year

What you will do
- Coach product and engineering leaders to improve team performance and leadership capability.
- Develop and enact talent strategies to drive growth, engagement, and high performance.
- Translate business priorities into people plans, including organizational design and workforce planning.
- Lead performance processes such as calibration, promotions, and performance management.
- Diagnose organizational health trends using data and qualitative insights to provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage employee relations matters, balancing business outcomes, employee experience, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a strong background in People Partnering.
- Experience working within a fast-growing technology company.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, or technical teams is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience handling sensitive people matters and partnering with Legal.
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and skill in building trust.
