What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and HR to identify local learning needs and skills gaps across teams
• Design and develop learning programs, workshops, and blended solutions (digital and in-person)
• Lead training sessions and support team-building activities
• Manage L&D projects end-to-end, including logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials
• Maintain and update digital learning resources and LMS platforms
• Track metrics, gather feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Assist managers and employees with development resources and individual plans

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development roles
• Hands-on experience designing and facilitating training programs
• Strong facilitation skills for communicating with global audiences
• Solid project management skills for handling multiple tasks in dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented approach with stakeholders
