Salary: $115,700 - $150,500

What you will do

• Lead strategic management of key suppliers and oversee material deliveries to ensure program execution.
• Coordinate weekly teleconferences to review purchase order status, material schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery and risk indicators.
• Develop and update material forecasts to support accurate revenue recognition and program planning.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focusing on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Lead resolution of supplier-related technical and programmatic issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s/JD/MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier qualification, and PO management.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Knowledge of various contracting methods and contract types.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace and defense production or development environments.
• Background supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, or FAA programs.
• Continuous Improvement certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
