What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of weapon system development projects from initial concept through integration, testing, and production.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and software developers.
• Collaborate on the development of detailed CONOPS, vehicle designs, avionics systems, and mission planning software.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for government technical leads, SMEs, and program partners.
• Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure scope and deadline compliance.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• BS or MS in engineering, management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within the defense industry or related technology fields.
• Technical knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and advanced weapon systems integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• U.S. Citizenship and Active Security Clearance are highly desired.
