What you will do

• Drive programs from acquisition to launch to achieve objectives regarding profitability, costs, quality, and timing.
• Provide functional leadership to the project team, motivating members to meet overall project targets.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, customers, internal/external partners, and production facilities.
• Plan and assign work packages while monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring staffing levels.
• Create transparency and traceability through project reporting and presentations to management committees.
• Manage project changes and deviations while ensuring strict requirements management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years (preferably 5+) of relevant Account Management or Application Engineering experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in presentation delivery and customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of contract negotiations and product development.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
