Compensation Range for CO applicants: $133,500 - $186,899
Company
develops reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, focusing on space infrastructure and on-orbit mobility in the In-Space Systems business unit.
What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for program deliverables, performance to plan, and customer statement of work completion.
- Manage contractual data requirements, scope definition, baselining, budget, stakeholder relationships, staffing, spend planning, and risk.
- Prioritize tasking across organizations, maintain project activity cognizance, and lead financial performance at program and subsystem levels.
- Implement business rhythm including staff meetings, reviews, reporting, planning cycles, and action item tracking.
- Lead Program Planning & Control, Finance, Procurement, Cost Engineering for baselines, execution, and recovery plans.
- Partner with functional organizations like Finance, Legal, Supply Chain for smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Represent Business Unit on proposals for scope, pricing, resources, and program sign-off.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in program management/program planning in aerospace industry.
- Experience on Aerospace Development Programs/Space Systems.
- Strong understanding of DFARs-based contracts.
- Experience in structured environments and maintaining structured culture.
- Strong operations outlook: tactical responsiveness, fast decisions, bias for action.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Project for labor-loaded Integrated Schedules.
- Ability to earn trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Active Top Secret clearance desired.

- Experience in dynamic organizations managing planning, budget, schedule, quality, deliverables, reporting, staff, facilities, interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience managing development projects and programs.
