What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in academia and industrial research.
- Create and implement sales programs to achieve budgeted sales volume.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while growing and developing existing accounts.
- Manage account data and maintain accuracy within the CRM (SFDC).
- Coordinate with Field Application Scientific and Inside Sales teams to drive instrument and consumable sales.
Requirements
- B.S. in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- Minimum of three years of sales experience managing multiple geographic regions.
- Strong technical background in Molecular Biology and Proteomics.
- Proven sales record and deep knowledge of the assigned German region.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with SFDC.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) including overnight stays and non-standard business hours.
