Location: On-site in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €30,000–€34,000 gross (OTE)

hirify.global is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, providing business software and financial technology solutions for salons and spas.

What you will do

  • Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the hirify.global platform.
  • Introduce, educate, and onboard clients to become active users of hirify.globalPay.
  • Help salons optimize their profiles and leverage tools to maximize revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners and provide tailored business consultations.
  • Foster positive relationships through video call meetings and clear communication of benefits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional client journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
  • Fluency in Chinese is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is required.
  • Must be based in Madrid for on-site work.
  • Experience using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call environment or sales position preferred.

  • Advanced English proficiency.
