Account Executive, Enterprise (SaaS): Leading the growth of across the Meddit region by establishing a market presence and building long-term enterprise customer relationships with an accent on full-cycle sales and AI-led solutions. Location: Madrid, Spain. In-person collaboration is essential; must work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build market presence and establish as a trusted partner for digital transformation in the Meddit region.
- Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to develop tailored AI-led solutions for collaboration and knowledge management.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that address pain points across multiple departments.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in alignment with strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver localized messaging and bring market insights back to Product and Go-to-Market teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals.
- Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across the Meddit region.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability.
- Experience operating as the first representative in a new region or under-penetrated market.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in a similar greenfield environment.
- Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling.
- Knowledge of localizing go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets.
