TL;DR

Sales Specialist - Spain (Partnerships): Drive new partnership acquisition and growth initiatives across Southern Europe with an accent on B2B/B2C channels for eSIM travel-tech platform. Focus on full sales cycle management, market mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and revenue acceleration through partner onboarding and co-marketing.

Location: Remote-first within the UK or Spain. Candidates must live in and possess valid work authorization for one of these two countries.

What you will do

  • Lead partner acquisition in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, identifying, qualifying, and closing high-potential B2B/B2B2C partners.
  • Conduct market mapping, build prospect lists, and own full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Drive partner onboarding, product integration, performance tracking, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage CRM tools for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting against OKRs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align offerings and accelerate go-to-market.
  • Monitor market intelligence and competitive activity to inform strategies and maintain leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in enterprise or channel sales, with experience acquiring new business and managing full sales cycle.
  • Strong storytelling to articulate value proposition as business outcomes.
  • Strategic relationship building with stakeholders and partners.
  • Highly organized, performance-driven, with CRM and sales tools experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English required (Italian a strong advantage).
