What you will do
- Engage customers via phone, email, and webinars to guide them through the onboarding process and increase response rates.
- Identify and target high-value customers using customized sales tactics to drive solution adoption.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to maximize conversion and inflow.
- Mitigate risks in the evaluation process and act as a CSR expert to overcome customer objections.
- Capture and report internal and customer-sourced insights to optimize the participation experience.
- Drive key performance indicators including conversion rates and quality scores.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- Must be based in Barcelona (Hybrid setup)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven sales background with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to interpret data to identify actionable steps.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
