What you will do

  • Design and execute scalable activation programs including outreach, in-app notifications, and webinars to drive product adoption.
  • Champion AI-driven features, helping customers implement and realize value at scale.
  • Leverage data triggers and CRM automations to proactively engage customers and spot expansion opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio segment with a focus on digital-first strategies while providing personal touch when needed.
  • Collaborate to shift from 1:1 meetings to tech-driven, efficient customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in Dutch and English; support core Dutch market and internal collaboration.
  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience in fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • High technical affinity with automations, data, and AI for workflow optimization.
  • Strong communication to simplify technical topics and engage via scalable channels like webinars.
  • Self-starter "hacker" mindset for efficient, automated solutions.
