Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days office, 2 days home)

What you will do
- Guide top-performing sellers through onboarding and their ongoing growth journey.
- Optimize seller performance to help them unlock full sales potential.
- Convert customers from free trial periods to paid packages by demonstrating value.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer profitability and satisfaction.
- Track all client interactions and actions accurately within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Represent the company with professionalism at industry events.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in German and English.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to support the hybrid work model.
- Strong skills in effective communication and client engagement.
- Ability to negotiate or a strong desire to develop negotiation skills.

- Previous experience in Sales.
- Experience within the e-commerce industry.
