What you will do
- Manage and grow revenue within the territory, focusing on customer retention and acquisition.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to meet customer needs.
- Nurture relationships by proposing tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and position hotel solutions consultatively.
- Negotiate and close new business deals and customer renewals.
- Analyze market data and ROI metrics during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience using Salesforce and Tableau for pipeline management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency and decision-making.
