What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key industries such as e-commerce, digital marketing, financial services, and travel.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with SDR and MIR teams.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address specific client challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion, revenue) using Salesforce.
  • Communicate the value of hirify.global and Admetricks solutions to drive new business.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or market intelligence.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (essential for global collaboration).
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing high-impact deals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
