What you will do
- Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
- Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies with team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non-standard requests.
- Contribute to improving partner-related processes and tools like CRM, reporting, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals on efficiency and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, communication) - C1+
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, communication) - B1+
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors/partners, and handling claims.
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
