What you will do

• Reply timely to all inquiries in managed accounts' profiles and guide potential tenants.
• Handle conversations with attention to detail and update client documents on criteria and preferences.
• Assist landlords/clients with before/after booking requests and provide product feedback.
• Onboard new clients, build relationships, and collaborate with account managers for acquisition.
• Test new product features with the team and divide workload to ensure timely inquiry handling.
• Provide personalized consultations based on clients' operating regions.

Requirements

• Available on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 6PM
• Great team player with strong attention to detail.
• Energetic, optimistic, natural problem solver with sense of ownership.
• Affinity/interest in sales and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
