What you will do

  • Proactively hunt revenue opportunities via outbound calling, email, and digital outreach.
  • Drive upgrades, upsell, and new business through self-sourced prospecting.
  • Execute high-volume daily activity to meet performance expectations.
  • Self-generate meetings by engaging decision-makers and own the sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to uncover needs and build a healthy pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and partner with Marketing and Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in inside sales, outbound sales, or hunter-focused B2B roles.
  • Proven success in upsell, upgrade, and new business sales.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage high activity levels with quality conversations.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools.
