Salary: $75,220–$100,290 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage distributor relationships including contracts, pricing, and portal administration.
• Lead sales training activities, business reviews, and joint business planning sessions.
• Act as a liaison between regional field sales teams and distributor sales organizations.
• Track and report on distributor performance and growth metrics using Salesforce.
• Identify and develop new distributor accounts to expand regional market reach.
• Support Territory Sales Managers to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales.
• Must reside in Canada (Ontario or British Columbia).
• Willingness to travel within the region approximately 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Proven experience managing high-level distribution relationships.
• Strong proficiency in sales reporting tools and data analysis.
