Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base

What you will do

• Drive net-new print business within the local Madison market.
• Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients, serving as their dedicated representative.
• Conduct regular and consistent business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and support retention goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales.
• High level of knowledge regarding copier leases, Kyocera, and Konica print equipment.
• Deep understanding of lease buyouts, upgrade, and lease return processes.
• Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud, and SMUA software agreements.
• Experience crafting messaging for C-suite and VP-level decision makers.
