What you will do
- Conduct client training and practice assessments following standard implementation methodology.
- Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software application usage through diverse teaching strategies.
- Investigate and resolve technical and workflow issues during go-live events.
- Perform post-go-live optimization and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Partner with internal teams and Project Managers to ensure alignment with client needs and satisfaction.
- Manage high-volume travel (75%+) to customer locations across the US.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding CA, NY, WA, CO).
- Ability to travel 75%+ of the time (long-distance/air travel).
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically in software implementation.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of or applicable experience with NexCloud or Nextech Select.
