What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor for regulator customers to maximize the effectiveness of blockchain intelligence tools.
• Onboard new customers and drive utilization milestones within 60 days, tailoring training to specific regulatory mandates.
• Develop and launch self-serve resources, including regulator playbooks, onboarding guides, and FAQ copilots.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with economic buyers at regulator agencies.
• Monitor customer usage and proactively address adoption gaps to maintain 90%+ retention.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer by providing product feedback and feature requests to Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with government regulatory agencies or in government-focused customer success/consulting roles.
• Practical experience with or strong interest in blockchain analysis, virtual currencies, and compliance tools.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to build and deploy workflow-driven AI solutions (e.g., copilots, bots).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
