TL;DR

Senior Customer Account Executive (SaaS/PR): Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts with an accent on pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and customer relationships. Focus on prospecting into customer base, partnering with Customer Success Managers, and selling across product suite including Media Intelligence and Social Listening.

Location: Remote (US). Up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and annual offsite in Mexico expected. Limitations on hiring locations; unable to support relocation or extended travel from non-approved areas.

Salary: $150,000+ OTE (base + commission, geo-neutral in US).

What you will do

  • Build and close pipeline of expansion opportunities across Enterprise customers
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify whitespace and growth areas
  • Prospect into existing customer base via outbound outreach and referrals
  • Sell across product suite including Media Intelligence, Press Release, Social Listening, and Gen Pulse
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly expansion bookings
  • Own account and territory planning with CSM pod and drive deal progression
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in sales or account management with proven revenue targets and deal closing
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting revenue, and outbound prospecting
  • Background selling into existing accounts, preferably PR, media intelligence, or SaaS/MarTech solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, distributed environment
