Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers
- Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Prospect to expand contractual opportunities across teams and departments
- Lead renewal conversations, pricing, terms, and negotiations
- Run strategic account planning and business reviews tied to customer outcomes
- Quarterback cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer challenges
- Maintain forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, account executive, renewals, or similar roles with direct revenue ownership and proven track record of renewing, retaining, and growing revenue
- Sales, SDR/BDR, or account executive experience strongly preferred
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments with consultative sales motion strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion within existing accounts
- Track record of creating pipeline and new opportunities in existing accounts
- Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving, and executive relationship-building skills
