Customer Account Executive (SaaS): Driving expansion revenue by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing SMB and Mid-Market accounts with an accent on pipeline health and revenue attainment. Focus on prospecting into the existing customer base and managing accurate revenue forecasting.

What you will do
- Build and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing SMB & MM customers.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify growth whitespace and opportunities.
- Prospect into the existing customer base through outbound outreach and internal referrals.
- Sell the full product suite, including Media Intelligence, Social Listening, and Gen Pulse.
- Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting for expansion bookings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and customer success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
- Proven experience owning revenue targets and closing deals.
- Strong skills in prospecting, outbound sales, and pipeline forecasting.
- Background in SaaS, MarTech, or related industries.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proactive incorporation of AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate delivery.
