Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base + variable compensation

What you will do
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute account plan strategies to improve customer experience and performance.
- Conduct onsite visits and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic leadership-level customer contacts.
- Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Finance to resolve customer escalations.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in account management providing technical solutions to large enterprises.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be based in the United States.
