TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Identify opportunities, close deals, and deliver tailored solutions to SMB accounts while driving revenue growth with an accent on new business prospecting, pipeline growth, and solution demonstrations. Focus on relationship building with decision-makers, quota delivery, and cross-team collaboration for seamless prospect-to-onboarding.

Location: Hybrid position located in Lexington, MA office

Salary: $112,000-$168,000 OTE (US)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage SMB prospects through cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned to growth goals.
  • Deliver compelling product demos highlighting hirify.global’s value for SMB customers.
  • Establish trust with decision-makers by understanding pain points and business needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and stay current on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Hybrid working flexibility: Located in Lexington, MA office
  • Solid foundation in new business acquisition, especially in SMB technology or SaaS.
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or email management solutions.
  • Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in fast-paced settings.
