What you will do

• Build and lead data and analytics practices to elevate data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
• Develop a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Establish and institute data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and security.
• Oversee the delivery of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify KPIs and build performance monitoring dashboards.
• Partner with ITS to evaluate and implement data management tools and analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in quantitative disciplines such as data science, statistics, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., logistic regression, random forest) and advanced statistical modeling.
• Technical, hands-on experience with big data tools including Python, SQL, R, Hive, Spark, Hadoop, and Scala.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills to align data science with business strategy.
• Must be based in Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in business services, marketing, sales, or operational analytics.
• Experience working with unstructured data.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and analytical tools, specifically Salesforce and Einstein.
