What you will do

• Lead analytics projects with business leaders, product managers, and data science stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.
• Develop predictive models and analytics capabilities including marketing analytics, forecasting, and sales/business analytics.
• Create new metrics and methodologies to meet client analytical goals.
• Support analytical product development and integration/improvements for hirify.global analytics products.
• Communicate nuanced analytical results clearly to end business users and stakeholders.
• Ensure security and privacy compliance for data used in analytics work; travel to meet clients as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services with an emphasis in distribution.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, quantitative analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with R and/or Python and strong SQL for data mining and extraction from large datasets.
• Ability to process, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication skills for presenting data-driven findings to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Salary Range: 175,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD annual (Bonus Eligible)
