What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and analytics engineers on high-complexity modeling.
• Lead the development of analytics product packages aligned with customer use cases and product roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end analytics solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams including data engineering and SMEs.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging ML/AI technologies to maintain competitive product offerings.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to mine large, unstructured datasets for actionable business insights.
• Ensure high availability and performance of customer-facing analytics solutions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in building and deploying large-scale analytics, ML, or AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and production-grade machine learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Strong background in architecting scalable data science solutions and working with large datasets.
• Experience with front-end analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling and solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to influence cross-functional technical decisions across engineering and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU-accelerated deep learning workflows.
• Background in big data pipelines and distributed compute environments.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply ML/AI research findings to practical business problems.
