Salary: $98,500 - $183,000 base (U.S. National), Total Target Cash $151,700 - $281,500

What you will do

  • Drive technical sales by conducting client discovery, communicating value propositions, and delivering persona-tailored demos and presentations.
  • Support Account Managers with technical queries, user groups, conferences, and marketing use cases.
  • Lead technical aspects of tenders, including requirements analysis and response preparation.
  • Design solutions aligned with client needs, contribute to product roadmaps, and strategize feasible software implementations.
  • Provide post-sales support during implementation handovers and ensure customer success metrics are met.
  • Generate referrals by building trusted relationships and leveraging client networks for new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar.
  • 5+ years of sales experience as Solution Engineer/Pre-Sales Consultant or similar.
  • Extensive experience selling, servicing, and implementing software systems.
  • Proven consultative selling approach, excellent analytical skills, and software demonstration abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • SaaS / Software as a Service experience.
  • Publishing expertise or experience with publishing systems/workflows.
  • Experience in international matrixed organizations.
