What you will do

• Support licensing, appointments, AML validations, and required training for advisors
• Monitor work queues and manage service requests to meet strict SLAs (2–24 hours)
• Resolve credentialing issues, process error resolutions, and handle commission changes
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities for efficiency and quality
• Participate in team huddles, cross-functional problem-solving, and project support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in high-volume operations, customer service, or administrative role
• 1+ years handling time-sensitive work with accuracy
• Experience meeting service levels, turnaround times, or quality standards
• Flexible schedule during commission close: up to 6:00–8:00 PM, two days per month

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in credentialing, licensing, or compliance
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
