TL;DR
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Partner with business leadership in Produce and Supply Chain entities to execute workforce strategy with an accent on talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Focus on coaching leaders on performance issues, succession planning, change management, and driving data-informed HR initiatives.
Location: Hybrid-based out of Lake Worth, FL office with up to 20% travel per year. Unable to offer work sponsorship.

What you will do
- Partner with Produce and Supply Chain leaders to execute workforce strategy supporting divisional growth.
- Coach leaders on talent development, engagement, employee relations, and performance management.
- Support retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Analyze metrics on performance, satisfaction, and attrition for business health insights.
- Conduct on-site meetings and provide recommendations on organizational effectiveness.
- Drive performance management, change management, and talent assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years related experience (or 3+ years with Master’s).
- Well-rounded HR expertise in labor law, compensation, employee relations, and DEI.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work under pressure, and balance strategic/tactical execution.
- Data literate with strong business acumen; proficient in Microsoft Office.

- HR certifications.
- Global HR experience, especially in Europe.
