People Business Partner (Revenue): Partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership to drive people strategy and organizational execution with an accent on organizational design and change management. Location: Hybrid; must be based near one of the offices (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or London)
Salary: $170,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Partner with the CRO and sales leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Coach managers across all levels on organizational design, hiring, performance management, and compensation.
- Develop and implement change management plans to support business strategy and objectives.
- Lead business groups through People programs, including engagement surveys and talent development cycles.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve complex people issues as an impartial steward.
- Promote a culture of feedback, transparent communication, and company values.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
- Experience partnering with a Revenue team C-suite executive is mandatory.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience leading organizational design and change management planning.
- Strong judgment and integrity in handling sensitive employee issues.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model near designated office locations.
