Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $153,075 - $275,535

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and organizational growth plans.
  • Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and complex change management initiatives.
  • Lead talent strategy and facilitate succession planning for critical leadership pipelines.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks and coach leaders on employee development.
  • Oversee employee relations governance, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Utilize people analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights and dashboards for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or strategic HR leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in organizational development, process re-engineering, and social/technical change management.
  • Proven experience influencing senior executives and managing complex organizational shifts.
  • Strong background in data-driven HR and people analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master's preferred).
  • Must be based in the US to align with regional compensation and regulatory requirements.
