Salary: $153,075 - $275,535

What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and organizational growth plans.
- Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and complex change management initiatives.
- Lead talent strategy and facilitate succession planning for critical leadership pipelines.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and coach leaders on employee development.
- Oversee employee relations governance, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Utilize people analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights and dashboards for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or strategic HR leadership role.
- Deep expertise in organizational development, process re-engineering, and social/technical change management.
- Proven experience influencing senior executives and managing complex organizational shifts.
- Strong background in data-driven HR and people analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master's preferred).
- Must be based in the US to align with regional compensation and regulatory requirements.
