What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner for global GTM groups, advising on talent and organizational matters to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with managers to improve employee performance and navigate complex people situations, including reorganizations.
• Provide coaching, training, and resources to strengthen leadership capabilities and team management.
• Proactively identify engagement risks, attrition concerns, and capability gaps within team dynamics.
• Utilize people data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements through the implementation of generative AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• At least 1 year of experience partnering directly with Sales or GTM teams.
• Strong background supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with proven experience using metrics to inform decisions.
• Proven experience advising leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Must be based in New York City (NYC) for the required hybrid work schedule.
