Location: Must be based in the US. Available as Remote (US) or Hybrid (local to New York, NY or Denver, CO area); hybrid candidates in these cities are preferred.
Salary: $185,000 – $265,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related risks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure high-quality support across assigned client groups.
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution, in partnership with Legal.
- Collaborate with the VP of Talent Development to execute enterprise performance management and succession planning.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through change management and workforce transition plans.
- Coordinate the execution of core HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP or strategic leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience advising executives in complex, fast-growing organizations.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and US employment law.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Strong business acumen and proven experience leading teams.
Nice to have
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in mid-sized, high-growth environments (500–2,000 employees).
- Experience partnering effectively with HR Centers of Excellence.
