TL;DR

Director of Product-Led Growth (Legaltech): Designing and executing a PLG strategy to transition a sales-led B2B SaaS company into a product-led growth engine with an accent on acquisition, activation, and expansion loops. Focus on building a fast-moving experimentation culture and integrating AI tools to accelerate growth experiments.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec). Hybrid for those local to Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto (minimum 2 days per week in office).

Salary: $204,000 – $306,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Define and lead the PLG strategy and vision across the full product portfolio, establishing frameworks and metrics.
  • Manage multiple squads focused on the end-to-end funnel: acquisition, activation, onboarding, and expansion.
  • Build a pragmatic, fast-moving test-and-learn experimentation engine for the organization.
  • Identify and deploy AI tools and capabilities to accelerate team output and growth experiments.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to align PLG with other growth vectors.
  • Ensure necessary data telemetry and tooling are in place for confident, evidence-based decision making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a product growth role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience scaling PLG across a multi-product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success transitioning a sales-led organization toward a product-led model.
  • Deep fluency in growth metrics: activation rates, time-to-value, expansion revenue, NRR, and PQLs.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into a growth function.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech or other regulated-industry verticals.
  • Professional background spanning both product and marketing.
  • Experience in companies that have scaled beyond Series D or are post-IPO.
